All orders will take 2-5 days to process (except for wig purchases). We perform quality checks multiple times on our items before they are shipped to you to ensure the high quality and luxury extensions you purchased from us. Once the orders are processed, they will be shipped via the method YOU selected during checkout. Shipping time may vary depending on the method you select so be sure to double check the method before completing your order. You can not change once the order has been complete.  

Wig Orders can take up to 7 days for processing. Times may vary due to limited staffing due to Covid-19 so we ask that you please be patient. 

All customers will receive a valid tracking number via email once your order has shipped so please double check the email you use during the checkout process. 

 

SHIPPING DELAYS

  • For your convenience it’s always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping partner.
  • We ARE NOT responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, sales, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Processing times are normally longer during sales. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day. Please keep in mind when calculating shipping times. We entrust our shipping carriers to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
  •  Signature Confirmation May Be required on orders over $250.
  • Customers are responsible for tracking their package once we ship it. Any return packages customers must repay for shipping to get the package reshipped.

TERMS

  • We cannot control the holiday shipping rush. Please be sure to place your order days in advance to ensure a timely delivery.
  • We DO NOT ship orders on weekends or holidays. Any orders that are placed on Friday AFTER 12PM EST, processing begins on the next business day, which is Monday. 
  • We ARE NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages. Once you receive your tracking confirmation, please contact the shipping company directly in regards to your shipment status.
  • Please choose signature and insurance to fully protect your package in the event it gets lost or stolen.
