How Do I Properly Care for my Extensions?
Extensions will last 2-3 years with proper care and maintenance. You should also comb your extensions with a wide toothed comb from ends to root to detangle them. You should then wash your extensions with cool water and a mild shampoo. Shampoos that are sulfate free work phenomenal for long-lasting bundles. Completely rinse shampoo from the hair and apply a conditioner and comb the conditioner through from ends to the root of the extension. This will prevent any unnecessary shedding. Thoroughly rinse conditioner from your extensions with cool water and allow hair to air dry before styling.
Can I Color My Extensions?
Absolutely. All of our hair is 100% Raw Virgin and unprocessed. Our hair can be dyed and bleach to white blonde without any damage to the hair shaft when done by a PROFESSIONAL. Please consult with a professional for all bleaching and dying needs to reduce the risk of damage to the hair. Any hair bleached to that light of a color will shed because the hair has been lightened, so expect some shedding even when done by a professional.
How Many Bundles Do I need for a Full Head?
We suggest lengths from 10-14 require between 2-2.5 bundles. Lengths 16-22 require 3 bundles. Lengths 26-30 require 3.5-4 bundles. Lengths extending past 30 inches require a minimum of 5 bundles. Amount also depends on the fullness and look you are going for. Consult with a professional on your desired style to purchase the right amount of bundles for your install.
Can I Return My Extensions for a Refund?
No, HerLuxe Hair does not offer refunds. All Sales are Final. We double check each order before shipping to ensure quality. When placing an order, make sure you choose the correct lengths, texture and/or color.
If I can’t Return for a Refund, Can I exchange my order?
No, HerLuxe Hair does not offer exchanges due to the nature of the product. If, you received the wrong item contact customer within 48 hours. Please be sure to order the correct products before checking out on our site.

Does HerLuxe Hair offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we can expedite shipping when you choose that method at checkout. The processing time of your specific order is not factored into the shipping time. Please read our Processing and Shipping Policy for more information about specific items processing time, so you can estimate when to expect your order.
Can I make changes to an order?
After order is placed we do not make changes. If you notice an error made with your address contact us immediately! If your order has already been processed, we won't be able to change it. Please see our contact page.
